Global travel is growing fast, having dropped significantly in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID pandemic. At the same time, the number of eSIM-enabled smartphones continues to grow.
UX Connect undertook a benchmark analysis of the user journey to purchase and activate eSIMs for travel in Spain from the three largest Spanish mobile operators – Movistar, Orange, and Vodafone, as well as Airalo – a dedicated eSIM provider.
